As President and Owner of Augusta Financial, Mike oversees the entire mortgage banking and broker process. With decades in the business, he is well versed in all mortgage programs. In between overseeing his team, holding weekly meetings and training, Mike still makes sure to prioritize his new and existing clients.
With a vast knowledge base, Jordan brings a level of expertise and precision unmatched by his peers. He works diligently to stay up to date on all upcoming industry changes and trends. He applies this knowledge to help educate staff in investor and industry procedures, guidelines and programs. Because of his loan experience, he often provides insight to loan officers through the scenario desk to help them close their loans. He is the administrator for Optima Blue (AFI's pricing engine) and can help provide guidance and approval for pricing exceptions.
Previously the Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Operations, Lindsay has stepped into a new role of leadership as the Chief Administrative Officer. She works to identify potential gaps and growth opportunities within the organization. Her focus in on employee retention, client experience, and recruiting.
Responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources. Cherie also oversees the commissions desk and all other administrative roles. She is always happy to offer a helping hand or guidance.
Dana offers a wealth of knowledge from an operational standpoint and investor line of thinking. Often bringing a new and fresh take to difficult operational concerns, she has been in the industry for many years and is still eager to learn and implement new processes to help all staff remain successful within an ever-changing industry.
By managing all back-end operations such as the lock/disclosure desk and all closing and post closing functions, Kat's knowledge is vast and always readily available. Once a loan is submitted, she is willing and ready to assist with loan input, document preparation, funding and shipping. By working closely with all departments, she works hard to ensure all loans are funded and closed in a timely manner, resolving any issues that may arise.
In addition to overseeing processing staff to ensure a smooth and fast closing, she monitors the active pipeline and turn times for all loan officers and processors. Responsible for assigning, training, and evaluating the working relationship between loan officers and sales support staff, she works hard to ensure that the right people are available to support and provide guidance for any loan officer, whether new or seasoned in the industry.
